Continuing the compilation of data for my current book, "Dodging The Limelight". Having a great time interviewing Don "Dodger" Dodge; he's a great guy, with a great attitude, and makes for very enjoyable, easy conversation. He'll be heading out on the "2006 Foreigner World Tour" in January, so I want to pick his brain as much as possible before he's off on the road again.

Completed the writing of my first book, "Life According To Gus". Took a little over a year and a half to finish (actually an idea I've had for years). What started out as an extremely "tongue in cheek" piece, eventually pulled me deep into the world of psychology - I found myself totally engrossed in the writings of Socrates, Plato, Frued, and Kinsey.

Well, as of last night, Dodger is officially off to South America with the 2006 Foreigner World Tour. Having completed most of the "one-on-one" stuff with Don himself, I am now busying up with interviews of close friends and family. The intense data compilation and research seems to just go on and on, but I must stay the course.

I already have over 60 hours of recorded interviews, over a thousand pages of research material compiled on a variety of pop-culture related items taking me in depth through the sixties, seventies, eighties, and nineties, and now adding the final set of interviews before I really dig in and start writing. I have been transcribing the audio interviews already completed into document form for organizational purposes, and should be done with that soon.

Dodgers on brief hiatus from the "Foreigner " tour as of this month (Lead singer Kelly Hanson is having some dental work done), and it seems Dodger and I will get some time to talk about his recent trip through South America with the band.

Also coming up with some new concept ideas, and some possible positive changes on how to deal with the book and it's marketability.
